In this video, I show you three trance drumming rhythms – one 4/4 (8/8) time, one in 10/8 time and one in 11/8 time – to demonstrate how the time signature impacts your experience. Difficulty falling asleep. Winding down and transitioning to sleep, is the most common sleep issue we see and is one that is easy to improve . Having trouble waking up in the morning. Morning grogginess is often a sign that you are not getting enough sleep or you’re not getting quality sleep.
